We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Administrator to support our Health & Safety team at VetPartners. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth administration of safety-related processes, including incident reporting, claims handling, compliance documentation, and data management across our network of veterinary clinics. You’ll help keep our people safe, our records accurate, and our systems running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in safety and compliance. While formal Return to Work qualifications or risk are a bonus, they’re not essential—we’re looking for someone organised, reliable, and ready to learn. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end administration of incident reports, ensuring timely documentation and escalation where required Manage the central safety inbox by triaging all incoming tickets, ensuring timely response and appropriate escalation. Support the claims process by liaising with internal stakeholders, insurers, and return-to-work coordinators Maintain up-to-date records of safety certificates, training completions, and compliance documentation Input and manage data in safety systems and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency Assist with preparing reports, tracking trends, and maintaining registers for audits and internal reviews Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety team as required Coordinate reminders and follow-ups for renewals, mandatory qualifications, and safety actions Skills, Attributes and Experience: Experience in administration, ideally in a compliance, safety, or healthcare-related setting High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Good communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams and external providers Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with WHS systems a bonus A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn Qualifications in safety, risk, or health administration are desirable but not essential Why VetPartners?
