Maintain and update employee records and manage data within SAP Coordinate recruitment processes including advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Oversee onboarding and offboarding administration to ensure smooth transitions Manage apprenticeship processes and liaise with external training providers Support internal engagement activities and HR communications About you You’ll bring a proactive and organised approach to HR administration, along with a genuine interest in people and process improvement.
