The Opportunity: As part of ongoing growth, our client is seeking a Driver Trainer to take a hands-on role in leading, supporting quality standards , and driving continuous improvement across the driver team. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, an ordinary day in the role will see you balancing hands-on instruction with compliance and safety oversight. Mornings may involve onboarding new drivers or conducting on-road assessments, while afternoons are often spent updating training records, reviewing procedures, and coordinating with the logistics and fleet teams. The role is a mix of fieldwork, coaching, and continuous improvement—focused on building a skilled and compliant driving team. Essential Criteria: MC Licence with 5 years experience DG, BFM, and SLP certifications Demonstrated supervisory experience Strong understanding of industry compliance Effective communication & coaching skills Experience developing training content Desirable Attributes: Cert 4 in Training and Assessment Cert 4 in Transport and Logistics First aid experience within Transport Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) Knowledge of adult learning principles What’s in it for you?
