We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead growing and high-performing, full-stack development squads. As Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Leading and mentoring a team of 5–8 software engineers, including career development, performance reviews, and growth planning. Partnering with product managers to define technical roadmaps and deliver projects on time and to high standards. Driving execution through Agile practices, ensuring efficient sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Maintaining high engineering standards while promoting modern development practices. Balancing team capacity, identifying hiring needs, and actively participating in recruitment. Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing. Working with other engineering managers to align technical decisions and resource allocation across the organisation. What you'll need: 10 years of professional software development experience 2 years in engineering management, with a proven ability to lead and scale teams Strong background in building and leading high-performing, full-stack engineering teams Experience managing distributed teams and remote work environments Deep understanding of modern software development practices and Agile methodologies Previous experience as a senior engineer with hands-on technical expertise What’s a Rich Text element?
