About the Role We are currently looking for casual Disability Support Workers to provide support in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, assisting a new customer moving in alongside an existing mature-aged customer. You’ll be delivering 1:2 and 1:1 support to assist with daily living tasks. In this role, you’ll play a key part in promoting independence while supporting the overall physical and emotional well-being of both customers. The SIL home operates 24/7, with a variety of shifts available — including morning, daytime, and afternoon shifts (between 9 AM and 9 PM), as well as overnight sleepover shifts. As both customers have no high-behavioural needs, this is a great opportunity for those new to the disability sector or those looking to build their experience in a supportive and meaningful role.
