19th May, 2025 AAMG have been engaged by our client partner to assist them in recruiting a Planning Administrator for their Perth office. The Role: The Planning Administrator will coordinate administrative function to support the maintenance planning department. Key Responsibilities: Proactive management of invoicing for back charge, labour invoicing, receipting and mitigating outstanding payments. Management of work orders Completing daily, weekly and end of month reporting as required by the Maintenance Manager. Management of maintenance documentation such as Maintenance Services Down time calculators, monthly reports and asset registers. Ensure effective communication of mobile maintenance activities to the management team, including status of current, overdue and future materials requirements.
