You'll be responsible for managing all daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are achieved. You'll coordinate contractors and oversee the project through to successful handover to operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the on-site construction team and subcontractors Ensure project delivery meets HSE, quality, and contractual standards Drive schedule and budget performance Approve contractor methodologies and manage daily site activities Enforce compliance with WHS legislation and company policies Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle Ensure all work meets QA/QC standards and contract requirements Oversee final handover and ensure proper documentation is completed Lead and mentor site teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across all stakeholders Diploma in Construction or Project Management Civil trade background Experience: Extensive construction background with proven experience in senior site leadership roles such as Construction Manager or SuperintendentProven experience with tailings facilities Strong understanding of EPC, EPMC, D&C, and turnkey contract types (client-side experience preferred) Solid understanding of construction planning, budgeting, and safety compliance Excellent contractor management and communication skills Knowledge of WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022 and relevant legislation This is a key leadership role ideal for someone with a strong track record delivering large civil infrastructure or mining projects.
