The Position: We are looking for an exceptional, experienced Sous chef to help take the reigns of this busy venue. A sensible and considered approach to cost control, produce, menu creation and maintaining a productive and happy work force are all vital for the success of the right candidate. As this venue is a busy little machine, the successful candidate will come with unbridled enthusiasm and live for the rush of a busy service.
