About Federal Hospitality Working in one of Tasmania’s most stunning locations, on the waterfront just outside the Hobart CBD, you will assist our internal interior design team in ensuring our properties are immaculately presented for our guests to enjoy. What can you expect from a day in this role? We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our internal interior design team, on a part time basis, working 2 days a week. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and providing timely and accurate administrative support. In this role, no days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to view the behind-the-scenes happenings of the team who create a visual guest experience. In this role you may complete the following tasks, but not be limited to: Cataloguing items Data entry Filing and document management Email correspondence What will you bring to the role? You'll bring an exceptional attention to detail, and an ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities. An interest in interior design, hotel operations and management would be viewed positively, and strong proven administrative skills are a must!
