Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality meals for the team (breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon coffees). Plan and manage a rotating menu to keep things fresh and exciting. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the café. Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed. Foster a welcoming and positive café environment. Work closely with the People & Culture team to align meals with team events and celebrations. Skills & Experience: Experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or café operations. A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to plan and execute a variety of meals for a diverse team. Barista experience. Work Ethic: Passionate about food and service. Organised, efficient, and adaptable. Ready to bring enthusiasm and creativity to the role every day.
