The Role: Location: Murarrie QLD Duration: 12-month Traineeship As a Business Administrator Trainee , you will support an energetic and ambitious sales team by providing outstanding client support and administrative assistance. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include: Provide support for the Account Management team Assist with client inquiries Assist with quoting for vehicle leases Contract Administration Transport Bookings General administrative duties as directed About You: To be successful in this traineeship, you’ll need: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent time management, organisational and prioritising skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Strong problem-solving skills Eligibility Criteria: Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite Previous customer service or administration experience (desirable) About Maxima: Maxima’s First Nations Employment Team is here to provide culturally safe and relationship-based practices to build your capacity in being deadly and successful.
