About our school St Benedict's Primary School at Mango Hill has a student population of just over 750 students. The school was established in 2008 and is located in the outer northern suburbs of Brisbane (Mango Hill). Location: St Benedicts - Mango Hill (P) Start date: Commencing July, 2025/Term 3 Work hours: 21 hours/week (Wednesday to Friday) Salary: School Srvices Staff Level 3 - $32.50/Hour super Status: Term Time | Fixed-term (Remainder of 2025 School Year) Ad close date: 8 June, 2025 Contact: Renay Condon | [email protected] About the opportunity In this position you will be responsible for: Ensuring orders are prepared and stored in accordance with procedures and guidelines and managing goods and supplies, including the rotation of stock Maintaining adequate stock levels to meet requirements, including the ordering, receiving, storing, and stocktakes Organising and being prepared for peak periods throughout the school year Coordinating and supporting volunteers and staff in the retail and storage areas Providing general administration and office duties relating to the retail space. About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Strong knowledge of order preparation, storage procedures, and stock rotation Ability to manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, storing, and conducting stocktakes Skilled in stock planning and preparing for peak periods throughout the school year Experience in coordinating and supporting volunteers and staff in retail and storage areas Proficient in handling general administration and office duties related to the retail space For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
