Casual Café Attendants In particular, we are seeking those with experience in: Café experience, including coffee making. POS & Cash handling. Exceptional customer service. Food preparation, including using a deep fryer. Availability for shifts across a 7-day roster. Table waiting experience (an advantage but not essential). Casual Café Cook In particular, we are seeking those with experience in: Short-order cooking of Café items such as wraps, burgers, and chips. Food preparation to set up the team for peak periods. Baking of muffins, cakes, and cookies. Assisting in running Functions. Adhering to all policies and procedures, including WHS and HACCP. To be successful to work at Monarto, you will have: Excellent guest experience skills. Be able to follow reasonable instructions in a safe and timely manner. Excellent communication and listening skills. Reliable and punctual attendance. A positive 'can do' attitude and team approach.
