Your day-to-day will include: Managing costs and head contract requirements Setting up contract management plans that align with risks and opportunities Preparing subcontractor scopes, packages, lettings, and procurement schedules Handling progress claims, variations, and forecasting Engaging closely with the delivery team to align methodology and value goals Using CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided if needed) You’ll have the support of a seasoned commercial leadership team — and the autonomy to make decisions and lead outcomes. About You You're someone with strong experience in contract or commercial management on building projects — ideally in the government or institutional space.
