The Role: As a key member of the Facilities team, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the facility by promptly addressing and resolving facility-related issues. You will constantly need to monitor and evaluate all critical environment equipment across the account’s site to make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. New equipment installation. Conduct regular equipment checks, oil changes, filter changes and other general repair works Other varied duties include: General repair works including – (Plumbing/Handyman) type works Meet vendors & ensure they complete works to the required standard report back to Account lead outcomes. Relocation of office furniture & staff desk setup Minor electrical works – Reinstate lose switches/fixtures Engineering aptitude required to be able to problem-solve HVAC issues & source vendors if needed. Preparation for conference rooms for events (Table chair setup) installation of advertising materials Maintain a neat & tidy throughout – Remove waste items & dispose via correct waste bins provided. What you will bring: You will have a thorough understanding of building services and design and have experience to identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency/improvements and implement agreed solutions. This experience will have been gained working in a similar role in a corporate environment Resilience is key: you can meet clients changing needs and requirements.
