The Opportunity Hitachi is seeking an Administration Assistant to join the Revesby branch in a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks and supplying quality assistance to external customers and internal stakeholders and delivering high service levels. Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include: Monthly WHS processes – Workplace audits & Inspections, WHS meetings, KPI reporting, WHS plan actions. Administration of branch tooling and facilities service and maintenance Administration of Contractor Safety registrations Assist with the local administration of branch vehicles. Raising process purchase orders and processing of invoices. Organise and schedule training. Assist in other general administration tasks. To be successful in this role you will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential) High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and preparedness to go the extra mile. Technical knowledge of earthmoving equipment would be advantageous. Sound administration and database management experience.
