Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain and manufacturing solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience in key supply chain and manufacturing disciplines. This role will involve working closely with clients to deliver innovative software and consulting solutions that drive efficiency and business success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain, manufacturing, and operational needs. Design, implement, and optimize supply chain software solutions, including planning, ERP, manufacturing scheduling, and execution systems. Conduct analysis and provide consulting services in areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, logistics, warehouse management, and distribution network optimization. Support the implementation of business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights for clients. Develop and maintain project documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, and reports. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Essential Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering from a recognized university. Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia. Language Proficiency: Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing professional business-level English. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in at least two of the following areas: Demand Planning Supply Planning Manufacturing Software Implementation (Planning, Manufacturing Scheduling, or Execution Systems) Inventory Management Consulting Supply Chain Management Logistics Warehouse Management Distribution Network Optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with supply chain software tools (e.g., ERP, planning, or BI systems). Desirable Skills Experience with supply chain software platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, Blue Yonder, o9) Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Prior consulting experience in supply chain optimization or inventory management. Strong project management skills or familiarity with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
