Jobs & Duties: As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for: Supporting children's development in alignment with EYLF principles. Creating a calm, respectful, and engaging environment that nurtures each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Planning and delivering developmentally appropriate, child-led activities that inspire curiosity and creativity. Promoting communication skills through storytelling, reading, and play-based learning. Ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing during daily routines, transitions, and play. Collaborating with a diverse team to deliver tailored educational programs. Upholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance. Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of trust and community. Essential Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection (RRHAN-EC/Child Safe Environments) certifications Experience and Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in an early childhood education setting (part-time or full-time equivalent) An inclusive and respectful approach to working with diverse families and children Competency in documenting learning using digital tools and early childhood software Why Join Us?
