THE RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to oversee contractual agreements, ensure compliance, and support project delivery. In this role, you will: Draft, review, revise and update contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documents in alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to negotiate terms, explain and resolve ambiguities, and adjust the terms and contract according to the negotiation. Identify potential contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions, proactively answer contract-related inquiries, resolve contractual disputes, delays, or discrepancies and manage renewals or cancellations as necessary to minimize losses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including correspondence, amendments, approvals, and compliance documentation. Generate detailed reports on contract performance and compliance, offering insights for continuous improvements. IDEAL CANDIDATE A minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract administration. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite. Exceptional skills in managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
