About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Jet Fuel Infrastructure (JFI) Manager, Operations and Maintenance Team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations, establishing efficient systems and processes, and providing essential administrative support. You will be responsible for invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting the management of fuel stock control reports, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder meetings. Role Details: Pay Rate: $42.56/hr super Work Arrangement: 100% onsite (Perth Airport) with a hybrid option subject to manager’s approval. Work Schedule: 3 days a week. Start Date: June 2025 - March 2026 Key Responsibilities: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports Assist with fuel stock control reports and ensure accuracy in reporting. Take meeting minutes and assist with report writing. Monitor compliance, team licences, and airport access requirements. Liaise with contractors and oversee office maintenance, including supplies. Support and assist in the successful implementation of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) policies, procedures, and training. Participate in monthly safety meetings and address any concerns or recommendations. Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and practices. Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook . Candidate must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Experience in compliance monitoring and report writing. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
