Skills And Experiences About you (criteria) You will be patient focused, compassionate, supportive and a team culture promoter. Ideally you will bring the following to the role: Minimum Grade 12 qualification Min 36 months clinical administration experience (or equiv) Cert IV in Administration Services or equivalent qualifications advantageous Driver's Licence (if required for the role) Capacity to work in Australia Experience in the field of ART (IVF) (advantageous) Basic / Intermediate Healthcare IT Platforms Ability to engage with patients and clinicians Change Management and Continuous Improvement skills Teamwork Skills Accuracy and attention to detail Problem solving, critical thinking, decision maker Excellent time management Adaptability and flexibility Positive Self Awareness and ability to self-assess A willingness to embrace City Fertility's Mission and Values A current driver's Licence will be required for this role.
