UQ Temps offers a wide range of diverse casual opportunities across the University in areas such as: General Administration Executive Assistant Student and Academic Administration Research Administration Junior Web Developer Your responsibilities may vary depending on the role but can include: Managing electronic diaries, booking meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Organising committee/meeting activities, including preparing agendas, scheduling and minute taking. Maintaining administration systems and managing daily priorities. Organising domestic and international travel arrangements as required. Conducting research and data analysis to support projects and reports. Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures for documentation, correspondence and matters processed through the office. Assist with the design, development, implementation and evaluation of Website using Drupa l. Performing other administrative duties as required. About You We are looking for candidates who bring: Relevant experience in administration, business or executive support. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters. Strong organisational and problem solving skills. The ability to quickly adapt and contribute in fast-peace environments. A proactive and flexible attitude to meet the needs of different teams. A broad understanding of administration procedures and structures. Experience in web applications development using Drupal (for web focused role).
