Part-Time HR Admin Support — Sydney, Sydney Region

PKL Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-regarded organisation in the agricultural sector to find a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Support professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact HR projects that directly support employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance across the organisation. You’ll be joining a collaborative People & Culture team where your ideas are welcomed and your input matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and has a passion for HR systems, employee experience, and people-focused projects. ✨ What You'll Be Working On: Performance Development Implementation : Assist in the rollout of Culture Amp , with a focus on the Performance Development module. You’ll help set up review cycles, coordinate timelines, manage user access, and support communications and training across the business. Wellbeing Initiatives : Support the launch of a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) , including vendor coordination, internal communications, and tracking usage trends (confidentially) to help evaluate effectiveness. Onboarding Experience : Contribute to the design and delivery of a refreshed onboarding program. This includes creating Welcome Packs, scheduling orientation sessions, developing checklists and templates, and helping standardise onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging new starter experience. General HR Administration : Provide support to the People & Culture team on other administrative tasks as required, including document management, communications, and calendar coordination. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an HR support or coordinator role (2 years preferred) Familiarity with Culture Amp —especially the Performance Development module—is highly regarded Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work autonomously Experience with onboarding and employee engagement processes is a plus Why This Role?
