Your responsibilities will include: Managing cost and head contract obligations Developing and implementing management plans aligned with contract risks and opportunities Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement schedules across various trades Administering progress claims, variations, and contract compliance Applying your understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and services to drive value Reporting through systems such as CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided) What We’re Looking For Proven experience in commercial contract administration on medium to large-scale construction projects Industry-relevant degree qualifications Strong understanding of contract law principles and construction-specific regulations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions Process-driven with a strong appreciation for systems and compliance Previous experience in education projects is desirable but not essential Build the Future of Education: This is your chance to contribute to projects that truly matter—creating inspiring, functional, and future-ready learning spaces for students and communities across Sydney.
