We're currently looking for a full time Receptionist & Vehicle Administrator to join us. This is a full-time position as an integral member of our Bremer Ford team and being the first impression for many of our customers. Key responsibilities will include: Clerical duties Ensuring all phone calls are answered and directed to correct department. Ensuring all customers are attended Reception Future Training offered in vehicle deal processing and Vehicle registration. To be considered for this role, you'll need to have : Previous experience as a receptionist/clerical role Strong interpersonal skills Professional phone manner High attention to detail and confidentiality Strong computer skills, systems, and programs High degree of self-motivation Ability to remain calm under pressure Desire to deliver exceptional customer service High level of verbal & written communication skills Any experience in an automotive dealership or similar will be advantageous.
