About the Role We have a great fixed term contract opportunity in our Customer Systems Administration team until 30 January 2026. Based at our Balcatta customer support hub, you will be providing first level IT support services to the business for a portfolio of systems, assisting them to achieve the outcomes they require from technology. What you can expect with this role Provide first-level support for issues allocated by the Corporate Service Desk. Ensure that all information required to manage a request is captured, with the required quality. Aim to resolve requests on first contact but efficiently allocated to other support teams if required. Provide general assistance to business users in relation to the system portfolio. Undertake tasks relating to system configuration and user management. Support the broader Customer Systems Section in the change management process. Your skills and experience Experience in first level IT support delivery using ticket management toolsets Effectively engage with a range of different business stakeholders Can remain calm under pressure and problem solve accordingly Adept at effectively prioritising a range of different tasks Have proven ability in troubleshooting and analysis of issues Have excellent administrative and organisational skills Have sound knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Ideally, you will have ITIL 4 Foundation certification Sound like a match?
