In this pivotal role, you’ll support the smooth operation of patient administration functions — including appointment scheduling, medical records, Medicare billing, and facilities coordination — to ensure the best possible experience for both patients and staff. As a leader within the administrative team, you’ll provide direct supervision and guidance to site-based staff, overseeing rosters, leave planning, and performance development. You’ll play a key role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture, while actively contributing to improvements in clinical systems, processes, and policies.
