Key Responsibilities: You’ll help create a warm, welcoming, and efficient store environment where every customer feels valued: Deliver excellent customer service Operate point of sale devices and handle transactions. Sort, price and prepare donations for sale. Help present a clean, attractive and well merchandised store. Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure. Contribute to a safe and positive team culture. Uphold TSA core values in all work-related activities. About You: Experience in retail or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results. Enthusiastic, reliable and a great team player.
