Accounts Payable/Admin Assistant — Paddington, Brisbane

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation for a 6-week temporary contract to support their Finance team, with some involvement across Marketing and Operations. What’s on Offer: 6-week contract, covering leave in the Finance team 30.4 hours per week (7.6 hours x 4 days) Milton-based role Supportive, friendly, and values-led team environment Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders and accounts payable invoices Manage weekly and end-of-month payment runs Conduct data entry with high attention to detail Assist with monthly intercompany on-charging Maintain and update FBT register and berth owner schedule Perform reconciliations and support reporting tasks Maintain accurate digital and hard copy filing systems Coordinate office supplies and assist with general admin About You: 3 years’ experience in accounts payable is essential Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with MYOB or Xero (ideal but not essential) Strong data entry skills and a sharp eye for detail Understanding of FBT, compliance, or intercompany transactions is a plus Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively Apply now or contact Gabi Staniute on 0401 905 585 or [email protected] for more information.
