This role gives you exposure across the full project lifecycle of a large mult-staged project, dealing with some pre-construction elements, through delivert and into handover—while sharpening your skills in both contract administration and project coordination. This is a site based role, working on a long-term, live-environment build involving demo, new construction, and staged fitouts. What you'll be doing: Assist with programming, scopes, and project setup Manage budgets, procurement, and safety documentation Coordinate with site foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers Let and administer subcontract packages Track RFIs, variations, progress claims, and approvals Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants Review plans, permits, and documentation for accuracy and compliance This is a hands-on role with genuine variety, ideal for someone who wants to learn fast and take the next step.
