Team Coordinator – Property Investment & Asset Management Location: Melbourne | Full-Time | Temp to perm opportunity - Immediately available! An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Team Coordinator to join a high-performing property investment and asset management group. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and coordination support to investment, corporate, and asset management teams Manage diaries, meetings, and internal events Prepare documents, reports, and marketing collateral Support finance tasks including invoicing, expenses, and budgets Assist with document management, contracts, and due diligence Deliver exceptional front-of-house and stakeholder service What We’re Looking For: Experience in a coordination or administration role, ideally within property or finance (however not essential) Strong Microsoft Office skills Exceptional attention to detail and time management Confident with legal/finance documents, CRM systems, and event coordination Professional, agile, and values-driven approach This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys being the central support across multiple teams and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality work.
