About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Rostering & Administration Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our participants receive consistent, high-quality care through effective rostering and admin support. Key Responsibilities Rostering & Administration: Oversee and maintain systems, policies, and procedures for efficient day-to-day hub operations Be the first point of contact for Auscare’s direct supports service, Auscare Assist Ensure operations reflect Auscare’s values and comply with NDIS standards Workforce Planning & Coordination: Build and manage rosters to match participant needs with available, qualified staff Collaborate with HR on onboarding, training, and staff deployment Track staff availability and ensure adequate coverage Compliance & Quality: Stay updated on NDIS and Fair Work requirements, applying necessary operational changes Conduct routine audits and quality checks to uphold standards Problem Solving & Support: Manage last-minute changes or conflicts in rostering with care and professionalism Offer innovative, participant-focused solutions when challenges arise Reporting & Improvement: Monitor and report on service metrics, including participant satisfaction and compliance Use data insights to enhance rostering efficiency and workforce planning Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with participants, families, support staff, and partners Collaborate cross-functionally to align service goals Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine systems to drive efficiency and quality Champion initiatives that improve the participant and employee experience What You’ll Bring Essential: Experience in NDIS or disability sector rostering and administration Knowledge of NDIS frameworks, SCHADS Award, and employment legislation Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Commitment to inclusion and equity Positive, proactive attitude Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) NDIS Worker Screening Check Desirable: Experience with platforms like Shiftcare or NDIS-specific CRMs Why Work with Auscare?
