Office Admin Coordinator - Armadale — Jandakot, Cockburn Area

Position Details: Role: Office Admin Coordinator Location: Multiple locations across Perth Hourly Rate: $34.58 per hour super (inclusive of casual loading; Modern Award applies) Anticipated Contract Duration: Tax Season - July/August - potentially longer depending on the volume Anticipated Start Date: 17th of June Anticipated Working hours: part time or full time (depending on location) Please note that offices are usually open from 8am - 6 pm weekdays during the tax season, some locations might be open on Saturday as well. Some locations are busier that other so your full-time availability would be preferable. Where locations are not as busy a minimum of three shifts on three separate days if required. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and offer service information Conduct pre-appointment calls and liaise with internal admin teams Accept and organise tax return drop-offs Process payments, manage office banking, and respond to emails promptly What We're Looking For: Previous experience in reception or administrative support Strong communication and customer service skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional presentation and a team-focused attitude Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Please note that you will need to complete a skills assessment in order to progress to the next stage, which you will receive after applying.
