School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Multiple casual positions with an hourly rate of $43.79, plus superannuation of 11% (HEW Level 3) Based at our Dutton Park campus About This Opportunity We are looking for reliable and organised Examination Supervisors to assist in the supervision and invigilation of examinations at our School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences during the upcoming exam period in June-July 2025. You will play a key role in ensuring students have the opportunity to sit examinations under optimal conditions according to University assessment and examination policies and procedures. These are casual appointments and hours of work will be based on a rostered shift allocation Monday to Saturday. Specifically, you will need to be available on the following dates: Training: one session w/c 2nd June Main examination period: 9th – 21st June Deferred/Supplementary examination period: possible sessions w/c 21st July Key responsibilities will include: Examination Administration & Conduct: Direct students to seats, verify identification, mark student attendance, respond to enquiries, monitor student conduct and collect and sort exam materials. Supervisory Responsibilities: Complete written reports on exam conduct and liaise with academics regarding any queries or corrections on exam papers. About You Completion of year 12 without work experience, or completion of Certificates I or II with work related experience or, an equivalent combination of experience and training. Demonstrated interpersonal sensitivity and ability to deliver high quality customer focused service in a high-pressure environment. The focus required to facilitate examinations which may extend to several hours. Physical capabilities necessary to move around examination rooms to monitor student activity. Demonstrated ability to be reliable, punctual and ethical. Good verbal communication and time management skills. Computer literacy skills including the ability to send/receive emails, complete online forms and training modules. Must not be currently undertaking coursework units at the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Questions?
