About The Role: Ngurratjuta is looking for a receptionist to work a part-time schedule of 0830 - 3pm, with core expectation of 9 - 230pm We are looking for the right person to welcome people to our office, both in person and on the phone. You must have a pleasant phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills, and able to communicate with everyone. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet all visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answering the phone, directing calls, taking messages Check inbox tray, voice mails Manage all incoming and outgoing mail including couriers Check mail at post office every Monday/ Tue and Wed Reply to emails, forward onto nominated recipient Open, date stamp and register all incoming mail and distribute to Account Manager or nominated person. Reply/ coordinate all CDP and Management requests for purchase orders, fuel/food/stationery/ materials, and supplies/ bookings Occasional Banking when required Other clerical duties as requested i.e. filing, archiving records and house keeping Management of key administration. You do not need to have a lot of experience - we will provide all the training you need to succeed. Well organized, a great work ethic, IT literacy and great manner are all we are looking for.
