Senior Site Administrator — Perth, Perth Region

Title: Senior Site Administrator We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Administrator to provide critical administrative and site support on a major LNG construction project based in Karratha. This contract role extends until the end of 2026 and operates on a 2:1 FIFO roster via our preferred recruitment agency. Local Karratha based applicants also are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive site administration support to ensure smooth daily operations on the LNG construction site. - Manage and maintain document control systems, including filing, archiving, and ensuring compliance with project documentation standards. - Coordinate site logistics such as accommodation bookings, R&R flights, and site access requests. - Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence with contractors and stakeholders. - Support contract administration activities including variation requests, invoice tracking, and maintaining contract logs. - Liaise effectively with site management, contractors, and other project teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of administrative issues. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure adherence to industrial agreements and site policies. - Assist with data entry related to HSE requirements, man-hours reporting, and training records. - Manage office supplies and stationery to ensure adequate stock levels on site. - Provide clerical support to site management and supervisors as required. Skills and Experience Required: - Minimum 5 years' experience in site administration, preferably within the construction or LNG sector. - Proven experience working on large-scale construction or industrial projects, ideally in the resources or oil & gas industries. - Strong knowledge of FIFO operations and ability to work effectively on a 2:1 roster, some flexibility maybe considered for locally based Karratha applicants. - Proficiency with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, ERMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. - Understanding of contract administration processes and variation management is highly desirable. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
