Your first project with be a $42M, 17 Storey apartment development in Wollongong where you'll be leading a team of CA's. It will have you involved from contract managment to project lifecycles being supported by the Senior Project Manager. Goal is for you to develop into a Project Manager. What are we looking for? We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in commercial new build or Multi Res projects above the value of $20m. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders. This role also had a very clear progression plan to Project Manager. They pipeline is secure with long term relationships.
