Time & Attendance Administrator | Northern Parramatta | Permanent | Up to $105k Incl. Super My client are a leading FMCG company with a large portfolio of products and a global presence. They are currently looking to bring an experienced Time & Attendance Adminstrator into the team to ensure all employees are paid correctly. This is a full-time, permanent role with 2 days WFH . Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee time records in timekeeping and HR systems ( Kronos, SuccessFactors ). Monitor time entries for accuracy and compliance with Enterprise Agreements, resolving discrepancies. Process multiple time/attendance-related activities within required timelines. Respond to employee inquiries on timekeeping, attendance, and leave policies. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with EAs and relevant legislation. Generate timekeeping reports for HR and leadership teams. Assist with change management and training related to new processes or systems. Monitor system interfaces and ensure seamless operation across time and payroll systems. About you: Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g. Kronos, SuccessFactors ). Strong understanding of time and attendance processes. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially. Customer service oriented. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
