This builder has a strong pipeline of projects across Sunshine Coast. This role would be suitable for a CA ready to take the next step in their career or existing Senior CA looking to join a reputable builder. Role: Manage all commercial and financial requirements for the project Management of Head contract negotiation, variations and progress claims Management of all sub-contract procurement, letting and ongoing variations and claim processing Lead procurement process and negotiate commercial terms with project stakeholders Experience: MUST have recent multi res experience, project over 10 storeys Project value experience over $30M Strong background and tenures with reputable builders in a similar sector Completed projects from inception to completion In return: You will receive an above market salary package, strong work culture, strong support, a company who has strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors, experienced Site Team, strong local project pipeline and regular salary reviews.
