As a Licensing Clerk , you'll join the business-critical administration team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations and licensing. You'll be supported by a well-resourced team but expected to operate with a high degree of independence and accountability. Description Register and license new and used vehicles in line with WA regulations. Liaise with the Department of Transport, post office, and banking partners as needed. Work with internal stock controllers and sales to meet strict vehicle delivery cut-offs. Maintain daily and long-term contract folders, digital records, and licensing documentation. Manage high-volume shared inboxes and respond to licensing and vehicle queries. Assist in month-end tasks, including overtime as required (paid or time-in-lieu). Visit DOT once a week, post office twice weekly, and perform weekly banking. Profile Must-Haves: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in admin, data entry or clerical roles. Excellent attention to detail, with confidence to follow clear procedures. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude. Desirables: Exposure to licensing, registration, or automotive administration. Ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive cut-offs. Process-driven mindset and interest in growing within the admin/accounting stream.
