Permanent, Full-time position Monday - Friday 7:30-4pm Marden Park Area - Onsite position 5 days in office. An exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team as to support the organisation with administrative tasks including import coordination and product development. In this permanent role based in the Marsden Park area you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the organisations innovative products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties and responsibilities: Producing monthly stock reports Preparing shipping documentation for imported items Maintaining tracking and progress reports for orders Assist with Quality checks Liaise with international suppliers Help maintain compliance reporting Receiving stock into SAP system Provide administrative support to the Product Development team, maintaining product instructions and artwork Support with testing of returned stock Preferred qualifications: Previous logistics administrative experience, importing admin experience would be highly regarded Strong Microsoft Office, particularly Excel experience. Adobe CS Suite experience highly regarded. Strong critical thinking skills and a desire to create customer solutions Parts manufacturing or plumbing industry experience would be highly regarded.
