Full Job Description Scotford Fennessy currently has a range of exciting and in-demand opportunities for experienced and driven Experienced Site Administrators to join our clients’ teams FIFO from Perth. These roles work closely with the General or Mine Manager and take ownership of site administration, training, maintenance support, and coordination of camp services. Key responsibilities include: Leading and mentoring direct reports while driving continuous improvement across all processes Overseeing village operations and managing catering, airline, and camp contractor agreements Coordinating travel and accommodation through systems such as INX Inflight, ERMS, SAMS, or similar Providing executive-level administrative support to the General Manager and senior leadership team Organising site functions, events, and community engagement activities Managing the admin team’s site-wide budget and tracking financial performance Delivering monthly reports and supporting ad-hoc projects as needed What we’re looking for: Proven experience in FIFO site administration or mobilisation within the mining sector Leadership experience – or ready to step up, backed by solid site-based expertise Familiarity with INX Suite, InControl, and major ERP systems like SAP or Pronto is highly regarded Background in contract management is advantageous Confident with MS Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel and Outlook skills Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities across all levels A professional approach with a high level of confidentiality A strong safety mindset committed to maintaining a zero-harm culture How to APPLY Submit your CV and a cover letter in WORD format using the APPLY NOW button.
