Reporting directly to the executive team, you’ll lead from a position of real influence. With oversight of a $400M sales budget and a growing team of 8 senior BDMs, account managers, and commercial specialists, you’ll be the driving force behind strategy execution, team performance, and client engagement nationwide. This is a high-visibility role where leadership goes beyond managing KPIs—it’s about inspiring direction, setting standards, and instilling confidence. You’ll unify the team under a shared commercial vision, rebuild rhythm and rigor across pipeline and tendering activity, and bring customer and market insights into the heart of decision-making. About You You’re an experienced national sales leader with more than just commercial acumen—you know how to drive whole of business performance, structure deals, and collaborate with cross-functional peers and clients to deliver outcomes. You will come from a service-based, contract-driven environment – such as industrial services, logistics, waste, facilities management or similar – where you’ve led high-performing sales teams, driven national growth strategies, and thrived in complex, hands-on environments with strong commercial accountability. This role is not suited to those with a product-focused background. You’re not just a leader of people—you’re a driver of momentum with a confident, pragmatic approach to both strategy and execution. You bring energy and vision, knowing how to lead people through change, earn trust quickly, and lift performance and drive change.
