Description Peoplecare are on the talent search for a highly analytical and results driven Systems Administrator to join our Business Technology & Innovation team. This position requires a critical thinker who will collaborate with the broader Peoplecare team to support Peoplecarers through people, processes, and technology. The Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability of business applications that deliver services to our Peoplecarers, prospects, clients, and members. This is achieved through critical daily systems administration, operational support of incidents and requests and involvement in projects and initiatives. Skills And Experiences We would love to hear from you if you have: Understanding of corporate applications and how they are configured and deployed Completed, or are close to completing, an undergraduate qualification in computing – or have equivalent industry experience. Analytical and numerical interpretation and conceptual thinking Ability to deliver results in a timely manner and in accordance with priorities Well-developed organisational and time management abilities Experience with Change Management processes An understanding of and commitment to the implementation of quality as an integral part of the systems you manage (including accurate and complete documentation, testing, etc.) Relationship management and networking skills Experience with quality and continuous improvement Peoplecare is committed to a respectful workplace culture, equality, diversity and inclusion, with zero tolerance towards violence.
