SharePoint Administrator * Salary: $97,955 - $111,142 (Plus Superannuation) * Ongoing role * Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available) * Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available) The Role Reporting to the Office 365 Lead within DJPR's Information Services Branch, the Collaboration Platforms team is responsible for the support and delivery of a range of modern products including Office 365 (O365), Nintex and SharePoint applications, Power automate and PowerApps to deliver business solutions and enhance collaboration across the departments. The responsibilities of the SharePoint Administrator will include: * Assess client needs and deliver a range of services in moderate to complex situations to support the provision services including SharePoint Sites, MS Teams, PowerApps environments, day to day SharePoint technical support. * Support custom SharePoint and Power Platform Applications and sites and knows how to use and support using Sharegate, power automate and Logicapps. * Manage service requests in ServiceNow, resolve day to day SharePoint issues and escalate service calls to senior support team as required. The Team The position of SharePoint Administrator forms a part of the Information Technology & Workplace Services branch within the Corporate Services group. The Corporate Services group consists of specialist functions including strategic communications, finance, investment and procurement, performance and governance, legal and legislation, people and culture, information technology and workplace services and the close out of activities related to the Commonwealth Games. Information Technology & Workplace Services (IT &WS) oversees the delivery of ICT and Office Accommodation-related investments and services to DJSIR. About You The successful candidate should ideally have the following skills and experience: * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to exercise professional judgement when communicating professional and technical concepts and advice. * Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power automate and resolving operational service delivery problems within guidelines. * Ability to work well within a team and across teams in the pursuit of achieving team goals, collaborate and share information, show consideration, concern and respect for others' feelings and ideas.
