About the Role: As a Phone based Lead Generator & Appointment Setter , you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in the company’s growth by generating leads, booking appointments, and contributing to the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email (cold calling, outbound sales calls, and follow-ups) Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team Accurately capture and manage data in the company CRM Attending sales meetings Contributing to sales strategies and campaign improvements What’s in it for You? $60,000-$75,000 super bonus (based on experience) Full-time permanent position (can be part-time/near full-time for the right candidate) Clear pathway for future progression into Business Development A supportive, honest, and hard-working team culture Office-based position in Dandenong Full training provided, industry experience not required Be part of premium, high-ticket projects and sales.
