Busy at Work, the Apprenticeship Community is a national collective of Australian Apprenticeship Support Services providers, with over 40 years of experience in connecting employers and apprentices. We offer advice and tailored support for apprentices, trainees, and businesses to support successful careers and skilled, productive workplaces. What you’ll be doing As our Administrator, you will help keep things running smoothly, handling everything from office supplies to organising local events and general team support. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide professional administrative support including contract management, reporting, document control, and general correspondence Assist with event and meeting coordination Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather and share information Help collate financial data and support broader management with admin needs Skills and experience Strong administration experience with a customer service focus Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills Ability to juggle competing priorities and work independently Experience supporting management and using Microsoft Office Suite A proactive mindset with an eye for efficiency and process improvement Apprenticeship Support Services Space or RTO/TAFE What can we offer?
