The Role As the National Sales Manager - On the Go & Discounters, you’ll lead strategic account management across a diverse customer base including Aldi, Costco, P&C, QSR, Foodservice and Distributors. You’ll be responsible for delivering growth in beverages and confectionery, working cross-functionally to deliver account plans, promotional effectiveness, and channel expansion. Key responsibilities include: Building and executing a 3-year strategic plan for the On the Go & Discounter channel Developing and managing key customer and distributor relationships across a complex and evolving channel mix Leading commercial negotiations, range reviews, and joint business planning Driving innovation and growth through tailored NPD, promotional activations, and improved shelf presence Delivering accurate forecasting, financial reporting, and trade spend management Collaborating across internal teams including Marketing, Category, Finance, and Operations to execute channel and customer strategy Coaching and supporting your team of two National Account Managers to deliver results and capability development aligned to overall business goals Skills & Experience To be successful, you will bring: Proven experience as a National Sales Manager, National Business Manager or Senior National Account Manager in FMCG, ideally across Aldi, Costco, P&C, QSR, Foodservice or Distributors channels Strong commercial acumen with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L responsibility Experience managing complex customer groups including distributors and large retail accounts Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Passion for working with high-growth, mission-led brands Benefits High-impact, strategic role with ownership of a growing channel Opportunity to work across multiple purpose-led, consumer-loved brands Fast-paced, innovative culture with clear values and growth ambitions Competitive salary package Hybrid working environment and flexible arrangements Scope to grow your own team and shape the future of the channel For a brief, confidential discussion about this role or your next career move, please APPLY NOW or contact Elliott Rogers at [email protected].
