Project Administrator — Sydney CBD, Sydney

Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Sydney Team. We seek a motivated Administrator who can look after project lifecycle administration but also manage the office. This role will give you the opportunity to: Support the office, project managers and senior management in all Geosyntec offices Proposal and Project set up Assisting with Purchase Order setup and maintenance (including submitting supplier invoices) Monthly Invoicing cycle Client Purchase Order reviews Timesheet reporting Tracking account payable and receivables Purchase Order / Expense Reconciliation / Supplier Management Inbox Management – Geosyntec Admin & Personal General office administration Stationery & printing consumables, post & couriers, catering, kitchen supplies, building management or real estate liaison etc Site Onboarding / Medicals / Travel requests / Document control A minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in project administration, preferably in a professional services firm A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a major in accounting or finance is preferred; however, significant work-related experience may be considered Experience in Professional Services Firm (Engineering Preferred) Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams. (preferred) Project administration experience. (preferred) Invoicing experience. (preferred) Knowledge of JDE, Oracle, SAP, Coupa or other accounting software. (required) Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. (required) Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment. Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills. Ability to work with multiple time zones and team members over multiple offices. Experience with Microsoft Suite.
