Proactively identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Cliftons' services. Managing client relationships, from initial enquiry through to event delivery. Coordinating logistics for diverse events, including meetings, conferences, and virtual events. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. What We’re Looking For Experience in a client-facing or sales role, ideally within a corporate or B2B setting. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive, resilient attitude with a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.
